How we bill

Time IQ has simple all-in pricing and billing. You pay a single flat rate for each user of Time IQ at your company.

This includes both people who are tracking their hours, and the accounting and administrative staff who will be managing the system and accessing reports.

We have a monthly billing cycle, so if you sign up on the 1st of the month then you will be billed on the first of the month each month. A copy of your invoice will be sent to all active Administrator users in your account.

Are there any other fees?

Nope!  We don’t have a hidden “base fee” or any “add on fees” for optional features.  We want you to have clear and easy pricing.

What are your current rates?

What about people who leave my company?

When a person leaves your company you can archive them.  Archiving a person keeps all of their timesheet history in your reports, removes their ability to sign into the account, and you will not continue to be charged for their account next month.

If you have seasonal or part time employees you can reactivate their account which will count towards billing moving forward.
