Time IQ Utilizes the Gravatar service from WordPress.com for avatar icons.  This is a great platform in that once you set up your avatar and connect it to your email address, it will be available in many other online platforms without any additional setup.

All you need to do is sign up for a Gravatar account with the email address that you use with Time IQ.
