You can unsubscribe from all of the system-generated emails from Time IQ.
This includes:
- Missing Time Notifications
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Recap Emails
From time to time your managers may send you email reminders about missing time or other issues in Time IQ. As these are sent manually, and you are expected to correct the issues, there will not be unsubscribe links in some emails.
To unsubscribe from a notification email
- Find the email type you would like to unsubscribe from in your inbox
- Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email
- You will be unsubscribed from all future emails of this type
To turn subscriptions to a notification email back on
- Contact Time IQ support via live chat or email at support@timeiq.com to resubscribe to an email you unsubscribed from.
