We are committed to the privacy of all of our customers and our platform will allow you to meet your obligations under the current GDPR regulations:
- Customers can choose how employees/vendors are identified in the platform, and can anonymize names in the system to fulfill a GDPR ‘right to be forgotten’ request
- Time IQ only processes the name and email addresses of employees when sending out notification emails, which can be disabled by administrators if you do not wish Time IQ to process that information
- Customer data is stored in a sandboxed database, only accessible to users of your account.
