Remove a manager from a person
Who can use this feature?
   Only Administrators can use this feature.

If you would like to remove access for a Manager user to be able to run reports for, assign logging permissions for, and modify time sheets for a person, you can remove them as a Manager.

This can be done via the Manager’s person detail page, or the managed person’s detail page.

Removing management access to a person from the manager’s person detail page

  1. Go to the People page in your Time IQ account
  2. Click on the name of the Manger you would like to remove as a manager of a person.
  3. Find the ‘Manages These People’ search box, and click inside to open it.
  4. Search for the person you would like to remove, and uncheck the box.
  5. The Manager will no longer have access to manage that person.

Removing management access to a person from that person’s detail page

  1. Go to the People page in your Time IQ account
  2. Click on the name of the person who you would like to modify.
  3. Find the ‘People Who Manage…’ search box, and click inside to open it.
  4. Search for the manager you would like to remove, and uncheck the box.
  5. The Manager will no longer have access to manage that person.
